- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.
I had the same issue and was frustrated not to get the card .
Today an axis executive called and asked me to apply via the Axis Bank Mobile App .
Step 1 : Login to Axis Mobile App
Step 2 : In the Hamburger Menu Icon ( 3 lines on top left Click on Apply Now – > Cards – > and Select Flipkart Axis Card ( it mentions as 0 joining fees and 0 annual charges ) and proceed with Application
The application number starts with MP and is approved instantly . I got a message as well stating 0 joining and annual fees. Card number first four and last four digits is visible in Credit Cards section

On Flipkart app, its showing I am not eligible but here I can apply but didn’t apply as we will not get those 1000GV benefits here as its nowhere mentioned.
Also, only BBD I will probably buy some phone or costly gadget so just for 1 day shopping I don’t think I should apply for FK CC.

No problem.flipkart axis card can be used in any flipkart account(or other sites or offline stores).Cashback is credited directly to Card.Just add the card to any account you use and use it.
