This TV wasn’t meant for me. I tried ordering it but my transaction wasn’t successful. From 10: 45 to 10:58 tried multiple times. Card and UPI both options.

Maybe life has something better in mind for me.

TV installed today by LG guys. Bought the 2 years extended warranty at 3500 as well. Now covered for 5 years.

Got the TV today.., But I am surprised to see there is no audio video (AV IN) input ports. Can you guys tell me how to connect my set-top box to this TV?

Anyone got solution from Croma regarding Serial Mismatch yet ??

@flamebuster @hoymata @geetansh1991348 Guys just got call from Croma they have forwarded case to warehouse for possible replacement regarding Serial number mismatch. Had to mail grievance.officer@croma(dot)com for same.

LG CC has confirmed that wrong Serial on invoice won’t be entertained for claiming warranty.
