Lenskart-Exchange your old glasses and get up to Rs 500 towards the purchase of new glasses(Only for Mobile/Tablet Users)

1. Eligibility:

• This program allows users to donate eyeglasses and sunglasses to needy individuals through the Lenskart Foundation.

• Both Lenskart and non-Lenskart purchased glasses are eligible for exchange.

• Contact lenses and completely broken frames are not accepted.

2. Exchange Value:

• Users receive an exchange value of up to Rs 500 based on the brand, condition, and age of the donated glasses.

• The exchange value is final and non-negotiable, determined by a standardized assessment.

3. Exchange Request:

• A maximum of 3 exchange requests per mobile number can be raised in a month.

• Exchange requests are valid for 7 days from creation.

4. Returning Old Glasses:

• Users must return their old glasses to a Lenskart store to receive the exchange value.

5. Exchange Value Redemption:

• The exchange value is valid for 15 days from generation.

• It can be redeemed online on the Lenskart website/app or at any Lenskart store.

• The exchange value code generated cannot be clubbed with other available GV codes

• The exchange value can be combined with the Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) offer.

6. Donation of Returned Glasses:

• Depending on the condition, returned glasses will be donated to those in need through the Lenskart Foundation.
