This is an excellent option for home/personal as well as office use. The stand-out feature is a USB C input from your laptop that will not only eliminate the HDMI cable but also the laptop charger. Plus it's got 2 USB A ports to connect a mouse and keyboard. So your laptop will have only 1 cable, the USB C one, connected to it. That's it. No HDMI. No charger. No mouse / keyboard. A very clean set-up. The 2x3W speakers are a good add-on. This is the cheapest USB C monitor I've seen.

Someone may say "It's only FHD" but unless you a graphics designer no normal person needs QHD or 4K. 27" is also an ideal size. 32" is just way too big and 29" are generally Ultrawide which is not suitable for everyone. Unless yours is one of those beefy gaming laptops with graphics card, the 75W power delivery should be enough to charge your laptop just fine.
