The only positive thing I see here is the cheapest price for a 32" 4K panel from a reputed brand. As for negatives, I see many -
1. VA Panel isn't as good as IPS in clarity / colours
2. No USB-C input with Power Delivery (PD) which lets you charge your laptop simultaneously while handling video. That also means no USB hub functionality wherein you can connect keyboard/mouse and other peripherals to the monitor.
3. No in-built speakers.
