In last 24 hours no one like to sleep, eat, talk, social media. Not even they care about money and property.
They only want to be alone and remember God or visit Temple and do seva. This is only thing which will go with us after death.
(People run for money in their whole life but forgot to remember God who created us for purpose and send us to this world to meditate Naam, but we do all other things instead to meditate Naam. Everyone awake only when they know now their time is going to over soon like you mentioned last 24hrs remaining or something)

Since this contest titled "Leap Day Contest", the context of the question 'What will you do when you have only 24 hours?' got to be 24 hours extra we got on account of the leap day every 4 years, is what makes it special.
Well, I am celebrating my 🍰day digitally 🎉🎊🎈 with all my school friends on group video call after office-hours to let the unending conversations and memories flow till the dawn.
A good day indeed for me to once again introspect where my life has been going till now and to take decisions/actions (Gamble I mean😎😉😍 since I am....) from here on-wards to maneuver the life the way I want as per the philosophy I like (same as of my DP), "THE ONLY WAY OUT IS ALL IN"
Will spend time with family
If I have only 24hrs then I will do the following:
1) Spend time with my family as much as possible
2) Forgive all the ones who have harmed me emotionally in any phase of my life
3) Apologize to all those whom I have hurt in any manner
4) Run a free food offer for some hours for my customers
5) Donate all my clothes (new or old) to poor people on the footpath
6) Lastly will keep bholebaba in my heart in the ending hours.

Most of the comments here are like Cinematic Dialogues and pretend to show love, donate, spending time with Family etc..
So, it somehow prove that its not happening in the day to day life!
There is nothing special when we spend our everyday like what we want to do.
For doing anything good, no need to wait for till the end or last min or last 24 hrs.
Enjoy every moment, do work with passion (or atleast without compromise), care for others in day to day life.
Then there is nothing special or need not to worry for whatsoever situation comes in your life!
