Here is my take on this having sugar.. This may be 1 step towards healthy food. The idea of eating healthy food is 50% there in relation to eating healthy food itself. If kids starts feeling they need to eat healthy food but with milk. the added sugar - i will treat as sugar that we add to milk. Atleast this would be better than any other junk food they eat!
