What is the offer?
All Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Credit and Debit Card holders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to get a 10% cashback on payments made through CitrusPay subject to maximum cash back of Rs 100/-
The Offer is valid from 25th February 2016 to 29th February 2016 (Offer Period)
Offer is applicable if transaction is done using Citrus only for Kotak Credit and Debit Cards
Minimum purchase of Rs. 500 to be made to avail the cash back
Maximum discount that can be availed per customer is Rs 100/-
A cashback of 10% will be awarded into client’s Kotak Credit / Debit Card account by 31st March 2016

Looks like deal was invalid since no one has received cashback.
As per Citrus, Kotak team extended date to 9th march. So are asking to wait till today EOD.
So let’s have patience till today.
My past experience with citrus has been good.
In this deal there were many amendments. Dont know who was responsible. Kotak or Citrus.
We all have done transaction in good faith & I presume, there should not be any issue.
Update : Have raised with Citrus team. They hace acknowledged & asking me to wait for 72 hours till escalation team posts cashback.
No cashback yet, also no CCD coupon..

Did you contact the CC for debit card cashback? I haven’t for any ? also did you just add money or some transaction using citrus wallet?
Not contacted to kotak or citrus cc, just added money in wallet and next minute withdrawn to bank account, same done for cc cards as well.
