T&Cs for the Customers:
1. This Offer is made in association with TATA 1MG HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
(“TATA 1MG”) for Kotak Debit Card & Credit Card customers (“Customers”) of Kotak (“Bank”).
2. Offer valid once per Kotak Debit/Credit Card, every Wednesday.
3. Offer is only valid on medicines and health products and not valid on My Care Plan, lab tests
and doctor consultations.
4. Discount is not applicable for cash on delivery transactions and other mode of payment.
5. Nothing expressed or implied in the offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms
and conditions of the existing Kotak Debit/Credit Card member agreement with the Bank.
6. The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
7. TATA 1MG and Bank reserves the right, at any time without prior notice to Customers and
without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and
conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or
not, or to extend or withdraw it.
8. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
9. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or
otherwise of the goods and services facilitated by TATA 1MG. Any issue or dispute or claim regarding
the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer directly with TATA 1MG without any
reference to the Bank. For queries/complaints related to the offer, Kotak Debit/Credit Card members
can reach out to 1mg through the in-app chat option. The Customers agree and understand that TATA
1MG is a mere facilitator for the fulfilment of the order and will not be liable for any deficiency or
defect in the Services supplied by the vendors associated with TATA 1MG. The Services provided to
the Customer through Website shall be governed through TATA 1MG term of use

10. The Bank and TATA 1MG, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of
the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Kotak Debit/Credit Card.

11. Participation in this offer is voluntary & offer is not valid on select low margin and already
discounted products.
12. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, accepted and understood
these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and
conditions of TATA 1MG before availing the Offer. The Bank merely facilitates its Customer to avail
the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of TATA 1MG.
13. The decision of the Bank and TATA 1MG in all matters in connection with and incidental to
this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
14. The Bank and TATA 1MG reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of
the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the Offer.
15. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the
benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any
manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
