Program Details, Concept, and Participation:

i. These terms and conditions apply to NESTLE KitKat Assured Cashback Promo (hereinafter referred to as "Program") for voluntary participation of Consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited (Nestlé India), having its registered office at 100 / 101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001 and conducted by Premier Sales Promotions PVT LTD having its registered office at Mitra Towers, 4th,10/4, Kasturba Rd, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein Consumers can avail a 100?shback by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code thereafter (herein referred to as the ‘code’) printed on the pack of KitKat MAX 18.5g pack (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”).

ii. The Program is valid only in India from 10th June 2024 to 10th August 2024 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as "Program Period"). The Program is valid throughout India. Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to consumers only. Any entry for the Program after 60
days of the campaign end date shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.

iii. During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to avail a 100?shback by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code printed on the pack of KitKat 18.5g pack (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”). 1 cashback per week maximum 2 cashbacks per mobile number during the entire Program Period.

iv. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".

a. Participants purchasing the Program Pack can participate only 1 time using an URC code. Only 1 participation per week and maximum of 2 participations are allowed for a particular mobile number.

v.  Participant is eligible to get only 1 per week and maximum of 2 cashbacks from single mobile number during the program period described above.
