I'm not sure I understand. Are they charging ₹2121 for three months and offering free installation, plus a ₹1000 voucher? So, does the effective price come down to ₹1121?
Regarding ₹1000, nowhere it is mentioned. Only 1000 installation fee removed is shown on the website.
Did u read that banner correctly. Same complaint mentioned by somebody else too. But why would they offer 1000 voucher for jio fiber. They're not able to sell Jio Air Fiber, so they're giving voucher for that but Jio Fiber is the Cheapest and Finest. You said, u installed Jio fiber but not Air Fiber. Why would they offer voucher. 1000 installation fee is common in any broadband like Airtel, Jio, ACT. Only for Annual Package or 6 months package, they waiver installation fee.

Before anybody opting for AirFiber please note some cons:
1. speed will fluctuate often as this is not a wireline internet
2. If it rains your TV (set-top box) + internet both shall almost stop working
3. Speed resolution TAT after complaining to CC would be 3-4 days
If you have a feasibility of wireline internet in your area and want peaceful usage..go for that

Jio is a Fraud company. I am trying to reach them after paying Rs 1000 and they are not cancelling it neither returning the money and are just rescheduling the installation inspite of cancelling it the next day as there was a Address issue. Have met 3-4 officers in diffrent locations and there is no centralized service. I am begging for my own money. Please never never go for Jio and fall to their lure
If paid using cc, can't u do chargeback?
The outdoor Unit they are providing connectivity to the tower is consuming electricity.
Kindly include that consumption in your bill.

Rather buy local copper/ fiber broadband service.

i booked Jio fiber in first week of July and paid 1000 advance
There was a banner showing 1000 voucher if paid 1000 in advance
I still not received the voucher and customer care is not helping at all
