1. Employees of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. and their families, RBML Dealers/ other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of RBML, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part.

2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer commences on 07th September 2024 at 0601 Hrs and closes on 02nd January 2025 at 0600 Hrs (referred to as “Offer Period”). Any entries received after 0600 Hrs on 02nd January 2025 will not be considered.

4. Entry to this offer shall be treated as void wherever (including any State or Union Territory) such offers are prohibited under local laws.

5. By entering this offer, you agree that the information and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by RBML for the administration of the draw. RBML may also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or communicate future promotions and other messages to the participants of this promotion.

17. Apart from the entitlement to the prizes, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no rights or claims against RBML or its partners.

18. No correspondence/communication from the participants on the contest will be entertained by RBML. Any correspondence/communication would solely be at the discretion of RBML.

19. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future RBML promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability

20. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
