i have tweeted them, will update once i get any msg, but in any case, u can always cancel the order, n paytm doesnt do any chillad kaam, if terms n conditions r not clear they will surely give the cashback

ps: i used this sms facility once after the product was shipped & the courier guy came to deliver, i.e., the order was not cancelled but was eventually after i refused to accept the deilvery . So maybe this only works before the order is shipped

I suggest wait for week at least before you cancel. If u didn’t get CB in a week time then raise cancellation. you have 15 days in hand i guess to cancel any order….

Even CC dun have info regarding this offer .
They said to contact after 1am .

In 3-4 days , that product will be at your home .
You have to return the product then and return option is not there on certain items .

I havent jumped into any conclusions, I have simply mentioned what transpired with the Jabong CC. Also since I did came in contact with CC and that is what he mentioned and wanted to clear confusions regarding buying from other products on Jabong as of now. And I have a lot of decency no need to learn it from anyone. The one who had used the word crap has cleared it out perfectly.
