Your refund mode depends upon payment mode of order placement:-

1) If you have placed a COD order and used Jabong Credits/Gift Credits in it, JC will get refunded into your Jabong account within 24 hours.

2) If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/debit card/netbanking for placing order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation. Used Jabong Credits/Gift Credits will be refunded into your Jabong account.

though i havent returned but as written in their tnc, amount will be refunded wherever u want. but in case of wallet payment most of the sites automatically refunds in wallet.

Cancelled all 4 orders.. Got a generic reply saying they will process cancellation soon…:)

Haha Epic trolling from jabong and paytm since morning.

Now it’s cleared that it’s on selected products and most of them at MRP and shipping charges 99 Minimum.

What a waste of time. Cancelled all orders.

Last but not least Paytm going on Mobikwik way. Infact Mobikwik better in many sense today than Paytm.

Guys cancellation is easy.

Call 01246128000

Then automated voice will come.

Select 4.

Wait.

And they will, from your number, know your orders.

Tell to cancel all new orders.

They will confirm and cancel. And even ask reason.

You will get cancellation sms.

This is easier than sending sms.
