How can they expect someone to pay 100rs. shipping on products worth 50-150rs. (Socks, Facewash, etc.) since one would avoid jabong in such case and get it from other site or offline..

rightly said, I’m also avoiding it due to this reason. Can’t find anything free shipping.

I felt bad too, You don’t have to wait till the order gets dispatched and reach to you! Instead try to convince them to cancel the order before initiation of shipping. That will save a lot for them and in a good way you can also say ‘Hey you know i wanted to cancel before you ship this out, that way it won’t cause much trouble to you guys’

It’s not just about a single guy coming to deliver the product. There are tens of people involved in processing, packing and shipping a single order. So, let’s not exploit their labour just to loot a few bucks. Hope you understand.

In my case, I did not order the product to get it refunded. That was a genuine purchase but since our fellow dimers did not feel that the kurta was worth the money I spent, I had to cancel it. I thought of buying a long kurta while the offer remained, that’s why asked for credits (thought it would be instant). But jabong took 24 hours even for that. Really funny. There is not even a ‘cancel’ button with the order. My cancellation sms to the given number failed to reach. Which era they are in, I don’t know.
It would be better if amazon bought them ASAP and changed all these.
