ITC Bingo! 10 on 10 Contest

Please read the terms and conditions (T&Cs) before participating in the contest. You agree that by participating in the contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is participant in the contest and “We” or “Our” shall mean ITC.

Persons participating in the Contest shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".

Scope of Contest:

This is a limited period contest (hereinafter referred to as "Contest”) sponsored and launched by ITC Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “ITC” or “Company”) for selected packs specifying the applicability of the contest in the range of the following products: Bingo Rs 10 – Tomato, Bingo Rs 10 Cream and Onion and Bingo Rs 10 Masala SKUs(“Product(s)”) (hereinafter referred to as "Contest”). The ITC Bingo Product covered under the Contest shall have the label expressly calling out the Contest and will have a pack code entitling the consumer to participate in the Contest. The Contest shall not apply to any ITC Bingo packs which does not have the label calling out the Contest.

The Contest is being organized and managed by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BigCity”) on behalf of ITC. Rewards handling and dispatch is being managed by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Limited(hereinafter referred to as “CISPL”).

Eligibility and Contest :

This Contest is open for all Indian citizens residing in India who (i) are eligible to enter into a contract under the laws of India; and (ii) are of age eighteen (18) years and above on the date of participating in the Contest.; and (iii) hold a valid Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport or Voter ID Card.

The Contest is open to all persons mentioned above in Clause 2(a) with the exception of employees of ITC and BigCity, their immediate family members i.e., ITC employees’ spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and BigCity’s affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter or participate in the Contest.

This Contest is open to all the states of India.

Contest Period & Contest Timings:

The Contest is valid only in India for a limited period of 82 days starting from 11/11/2024 at 00:00:01 a.m. to31/01/2025 at 23:59:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period"). ITC reserves right to cancel/reduce/amend/extend/modify the Campaign Period at its absolute discretion without giving any notice/intimation to the Participants and without any liability, without assigning any reason whatsoever. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

How to Participate:

Step 1: Any Participant who has the Promo Pack (defined below) and desires to participate, must scan the QR code printed on the Promo Pack

Step 2: After you scan the QR code you would be taken to a web link. The web link when clicked on, would direct you to a website (url:www.bingo-footba...om) on your smart phone’s web browser.

Step 3: The website would then require such person to enter details such as: your name, mobile number, email ID and state followed by OTP verification. The person will also be required to accept these terms and conditions. By submitting such details and by accepting these terms and conditions, you are consenting to participate in the Contest and will be considered a Participant. If you refuse to accept the Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible to participate in the Contest or get any Prizes including the Assured Prize.

Step 4: Upon accepting the terms and conditions, the Participant will be eligible for: (i) the Assured Prize i.e., a computer-generated poster with the AFA team, provided the Participant uploads his picture in the format provided in Clause 17, Assured Prize; and (ii) to participate in the Contest, provided the Participant answers the Contest Question.

Step 5: Apart from the Assured Prize, the website shall offer the Participant to participate in the Contest by answering the question i.e., “Can you describe your most memorable Bingo! experience?” (“Contest Question”) and stand a chance to win the remaining Contest prizes.

Step 6: The Participant will be required to enter his postal address on the following page.

Only Upon successful submission of the Participant’s entry/response to the Contest Question, the Participant shall become eligible for a chance to win Contest prizes (apart from the Assured Prize).

Purchase of the pack is not necessary for Contest participation. Any person eligible to enter in the Contest may do so by filling his details on the URL: www.bingo-footba...om

This Contest is being organized on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. ITC will choose the Winner(s) out of the successful entries received. Winner will be chosen at ITC’s sole and complete discretion.
