Now not getting Electronics section on their app... 😛

Till 2 years ago croma was running SAP Hybris which is now SAP Commerce Cloud. The problem is the internal TCS team handling entire SAP Hybris platform is to my knowledge less than 50 at max ( this too is a very optimistic projection ) . Though I have not worked on Croma i have worked with internal Tata Group retail projects 

The infrastructure put by Croma and the choice of software & manpower deployment are more to blame than TCS who is just a support or implementation partner. 

Also TCS employees in general lack startup mindset and incident ticketing & documentation process in companies slow the process to fix bugs

Infact , post covid Tata Group is changing alot in their structure and functioning becoming more agile and much more aggresive than before but I really dont know how much upskilling the employees are being put through at this point

Just visited my local Croma store to see if they have the Apple Watch for the discounted price and there was a mob of about 25 people inside the store near the cashier, all trying to get Croma’s website to work. The store is always quite empty. This is my first time seeing so many people in Croma 😂
