Before getting this card, my choice also ltf platinum only.
But even if we hold prev icici card it is difficult to get that card unless we hold savings account with them.
If we are not a account holder and have only apay card, We have to apply as a fresh application, itr or salary slip mandatory, one cibil enquiry and after all this not sure whether the card will be approved or not.
So Going with MMT ICICI is good choice.

Just applied for the signature card. But just saw on icici website that all other offers are only valid till mar 2022. Also, when the page is getting redirected to icici from mmt, that page doesn't mention all the benefits like mmtblack reserve. Did anyone check with icici regarding this ?

Already have a regular ICICI Platinum + ICICI APAY. Do not see much benefit of this for a regular user.
Flight Txn on MMT with this will give 20 "my cash" per 1000. Sam txn with FK Axis will give 15 Actual cash per 1000.
Joining benefit - platinum - 500 mycash, signature - 1500 my cash. So platinum effective cost is 90.
