7. The Offer entitles the Cardmember to an Instant Discount of 15% (fifteen percent) on the total booking value Total Fare, up to a maximum of INR 2500 (Rupees Twenty-Five hundred) to be provided by the Bank.
   
8. The Offer is applicable for valid Federal Bank and BOBCARD credit card users only.
   
9. 15% Instant discount will be calculated on base fare excluding taxes and exclusive of convenience Fee. Base Fare is a part of Air fare which includes CUTE charges and RCF Charges. (Airfare = Base Fare + CUTE charges +RCF charges etc.)
   
10. The Offer is valid on domestic and international flights.
    
11. Discount will be applied on One way and Round Trip on regular fares (Saver, Flexi, Super 6E) for Federal Bank Credit Card users.
    
    
12. Discount will be applied on Round Trip only on regular fares (Saver, Flexi, Super 6E) for BOBCARD Credit Card users.
    
    
13. Each Cardmember will be entitled to avail the Offer only once per card on the first valid transaction during the Offer Period.
    
14. Limited inventory is available for the Promotional Offer and therefore Promotional Offer will be provided to the Cardmembers, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo
    
15. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding flight bookings, rescheduling and cancellation should be taken up by Cardmembers directly with IndiGo.
    
16. IndiGo shall not in any way be held responsible or liable for any claims/disputes/ concerns in relation to the Offer.
    
17. The offer is non- assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
    
18. All bookings made under this offer shall be subject to all terms and conditions (available at goindigo.in) as applicable to the Cardmember’s Flight Booking, including IndiGo’s conditions of carriage.
    
19. The Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
    
20. Hold bookings (incomplete payments made under a PNR) or group bookings (bookings with 9 passengers or more booked under the same PNR) for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo Flight Bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or Mobile application, are not eligible for the Offer.
    
21. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Flight Booking, the Offer stands void and the Cardmember will not be eligible for the discount.
    
22. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Cardmember has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
    
23. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo.
    
24. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer and/or add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.
    
25. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
    
26. In the event of any misuse of the Offer by the Cardmember, Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to deny the Offer and further, IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Flight Booking.
    
27. IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Cardmember, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Cards.
    
28. By making the flight Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Cardmember (i) confirms that the Cardmember’s participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
