I do not eat onion and garlic 4 days a week,also on festival and holy days. Also no smoking,gutkha,pan masala. Never touch alcohol and I am a vegetarain. So,price rise is not affecting me that much. But recently bought onion 1 kg after 4 months or so,potatoes also after 6 months. Potatoes Rs 30 per kg and Onions Rs 55.

I am not eating onions and garlic 4 days a week and only holy days like puja,sankranti,amavasya,purnima etc. and no non-veg since 1999. Never touched alcohol and another more dangerous addiction that that till now.I did that for my late mother who become pure vegetarian for sake of her children. Her rule of no non-veg entering the house is still in force even even after her passing in 2017.Except me all other's eat non-veg in my family.
