VERY poor experience with this.
24 Mantra ought to be penalised for misselling and potentially playing with the lives of consumers.
Had got a batch which was with mixed lot rice which got established by a lab test too.
Asked the company to clarify how they claim it to be low GI and when was the last inspection of their facilities
and after initially offering another packet, they finally stopped responding as we wanted pointed answers.
They insisted that our lab reports were unreliable and they do not mix different lots in a single batch.
(Actually they stopped responding when we pressed for their investigation and cross checks of the daals they source and market as artificial pesticides free, organic.)
