Fare & Ancillary Offer

1. This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 00:01 hours on September 24, 2024 up to 23:59 hours on September 30, 2024 (“Offer Period”) for all flights scheduled between January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025 (“Offer”).
2. Fares during the Offer period start from INR 1,111 for domestic and international routes on bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period (“Offer”). Indigo also offers additional 20% discount over and above the sale fare during “Price drop hour” to the customers booking flights between 12 PM - 1 PM during the Offer Period for below mentioned cities.
   • 24^th Sep’24 & 28^th Sep’24 - Goa
   • 25^th Sep’24 & 29^th Sep’24 - Srinagar
   • 26^th Sep’24 & 30^th Sep’24- Singapore
   • 27^th Sep’24 – Abu Dhabi
3. IndiGo Offers flat 15% discount on website and mobile app on the select 6E Add-ons (Pre-paid excess baggage, additional piece, 6E prime, 6E seat & eat, seat select). IndiGo also offers Extra legroom (XL) seats starting INR 599. Indigo also offers Cancellation Assistance at INR 299 for Domestic routes only.
4. Indigo Offers Free Fast Forward between 26^th– 27^th September 2024 and Free 3Kg baggage between 28^th – 30^th September 2024. This offer will only be applicable on new bookings and will not be offered to customers at the time of booking modification and during web check-in.
5. XL seats denote seats with Extra legroom space.
6. The Offer is valid for Saver, Flexi Plus & Super 6E fares on all IndiGo flights across networks.
7. Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes and levies.
8. Discounts are available only on one-way, round-trip bookings and multi-city bookings.
9. The Offer is valid for all IndiGo flights across networks and does not apply to codeshare flights.
10. The Offer is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the Offer will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
11. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
12. For availing cancellation assistance benefit customer needs to cancel flight ticket at least 24hours before the scheduled departure time for refund and this will be applicable to bookings made up to 90 days in advance. Also cancellation assistance offer is not applicable & will get rejected in case of customer age above 70 years, change in flight, flight gets cancelled by airline authority , customer fails to provide the required details to Insurer within 30 days of claim registration, customer registers the claim after 10 days from the date of travel, cancellation of ticket in less than 24 hours of travel. The Passenger can book till 24 hours prior to departure. Amount benefit is up to INR 4000/- which is over and above Airline’s refund. Cancellation Assistance charge of INR 299/- is nonrefundable.
13. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
14. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings/hold bookings.
15. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
16. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
17. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
18. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
19. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
20. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.For questions or assistance, contact us at [email protected]
