GATI is the WORST courier company. I hve complained amazon not to tie up with them. Those whose orders are dispatched thru GATI after they receive their orders raise a complaint to amazon to discontinue their pathetic service. Tell them to dispatch future orders thru others excluding GATI. They will update in their system.
