Same situation..he always wants me to do fd..i said ok for 50k fd if he upgrades my card to ltf sapphiro..he said he can't..
I asked him to at least upgrade my card to any gemstone cards.. for that too he denied...

Got message as eligible but later once I had a call with cc executive I shared my salary details. If you got 2 lakhs+ monthly take home then only you will get this card as ltf. Otherwise they are offering other paid cards. Nice trick to fool people to get the credit report details. ICICI banned in my list.
Continuous calls after registering. Cc told that it's ltf only if you have got mail stating that it's ltf

I have received my 3 sapphiro cards ( Visa , mc and amex). I applied through the alumni program even though my college was not a part of the list.
I have a wealth salary account even after that my RM was denying to get sapphiro card saying I can only hold 1 free premium card which in my case was Rubxy. I already had rubxy lft
but after applying though the link, I got a call I informed that I would like to apply. ( I dint inform that I hold rubxy)
They processed my application and it was approved in 2 weeks . No Video KYC for me as I am already a icici bank customer

Same happened with me, got a call.
Denied any such offer and offered another paid card and I denied.
Asked if my Cibil got a hit and he denied.
