I have 2 accounts with pockets.
my primary account :full-kyc - linked with icici-saving account[so no PAN card was require while registration]
my secondary :min-kyc-New account- No bank account linked.

Account-secondary: Min-KYC. I have loaded pockets wallet with 3000 few days ago.
ISSUE-1: All Upi payments are failing
Also, send money / scan-pay / etc are failing: Error: "As per RBI mandate all fund transfer services have
been disabled for your wallet/ Please complete full KYC to avail services"
ISSUE-2: pockets card to make payments online --- failing because either card is not enabled / OR the KYC-Rbi issue.

Ia there any way to buy gift card using this card
for min KYC account.. Card is not working it seems on any websites [someone correct me if i am wrong].
I tried simpl payment, amazon load, etc. IT doesnot work..
Netbanking option is still available in the APB website but not in the Airtel app and was able to use ICICI Netbanking to offload some dough from my min KYC Pockets Wallet account.. I had sent an email regarding the same to Airtel CC but no response so far. I can now go ahead with the Pockets Wallet load offer. Paytm Wallet is no longer an option as to renew/update KYC Rs 200 was demanded at the center. Plus it seems they were going to open a Paytm Payments Bank account surreptitiously.
