Terms and Conditions
1. This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India, (HSBC) and any participation in the said Offer is voluntary.
2. This Offer is only applicable for credit Cardholders to whom this communication is sent to. The details of the eligible credit card are mentioned in the e-mail which has been sent along with this document. Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for this Offer.
3. This Offer is valid from 1 August 2019 to 30 September 2019.
4. Cardholders will be eligible for 10% cashback on all spends, subject to a cap of INR500.
5. To be eligible for cashback, Cardholders should make minimum cumulative spends worth INR3,000 and make minimum of 3 transactions during the Offer Period.
6. Add-on credit Cardholders will not have separate Offer eligibility. However, the total value of purchases will be calculated including add-on cards (if any) linked to the Primary credit card eligible for the Offer.
7. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder’s account by 30 November 2019.
8. The cashback is over and above any other discount that may be offered by merchants where Cardholders use their HSBC Credit Card during the Offer Period.
9. Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the Offer Period will not be considered a ‘spend’, to calculate the cashback.
