I purchased atomberg bldc fab after 2 years it's speed got very low so I lodged complain technician came and replaced plc charged 1300rs. In 1300rs you can get new non bldc fan.

300rs a dead non bldc fan you can revive 
50 watt non bldc 35 watt bldc wont be such a big difference bldc with 5 year warranty is ok or at loot price below 2k if above 2k then avoid

Good price... BLDC fans should replace normal fans overtime with frequent price drops.
They should also evolve their technology to become more robust..
