WTH. I received Cashback today morning. But when I’m trying to place an order Cashback amount is not getting applied and no option to select cb amount.
I guess there is some issue with their wallet? I cant even see the wallet amount

After few minutes I reinitialised payment, as the payable amount was 359 after applying grofers cb it showed to pay 109rs. I completed payment with kotak bank and payment successful then after redirecting from payment it says temporary error while processing your request (something similar). Then I thought 109 will be refunded soon and tried to checkout cart again, but I was unable to proceed to payment and same error. After few minutes order placed automatically for 359rs as prepaid mode and grofers cash still unused.
Saved another 250rs
