Also price is 569 for me
Add Rs.999 items including ghee then it will be discontinued with Rs.40 (check deal description).
This offer comes back in every one or two months. But I got this at 437 a few days back maybe that was the least one can get (with SBI dc + supercoins). 
ITC doesn't own a single Milk processing unit and all this is outsourced manufactured.
Stay away from outsourced manufacturers as they doesn't have control on quality/adteration in food items
