You seem a bit unaware @Bhawin about how Easy Ship and Easy CS (customer service too handled by Amazon, on behalf of seller) work for sellers.
The 'sold by' seller, does not meant that it us not delivered by Amazon.
Anyway, it is okay. I was talking on conceptual level, not specifically of this seller. This seller has subscribed to both Amazon services, EasyCS and EasyShip, to avoid any A2Z claims. (Amazon does not have A2Z claim feature on items, delivered by Amazon).
This item is delivered by Amazon and the seller has even authorised the Amazon Customer Service to handle refund related requests.
