Someone please reply, what's the easiest way to get rupay platinum dc for minimal charges.

I have BOB Savings Account with physical and virtual Rupay cards and virtual Visa. I was able to use both RuPay cards for many months but last month the app stopped showing CVV for virtual RuPay and it was very hard to get any help from Customer Care so deleted the virtual rupay thinking I can create a new rupay but now it says "Customer can have only one active card of single variant".

Has anyone faced this issue? Any idea how to resolve this issue?
