don't think it's possible.. you'll have to sell first and then buy.. causing an additional 10% amount to be paid

@chai_lover @mysalemo771 There is no 10% deductions, if you exchange 24K gold for 22K(916) ornaments they in return give you additional 8% gold weight.
If you want to sell it for cash, and have connections with a local jewellery shop, they happily buy it for 3% less (URD GST). I have connections with my local reputable jewellery store and do sell it easily after giving them my purchase bill.
Big corporates don't even handle relationships like local jewellery shops do, at the time of utmost need, they help you first. Just make sure your local jewellery store is reputable and has a high goodwill.
