Guys I haven’t received any update on order cancellation and didn’t receive my order too.
I have dropped email to them but haven’t received any response.

What I have to do in order to get refund. I wrote email to them [care[@]gofynd.com] but no response even not automated response.

I did nothing it was automatically processed and I got refund mails from CCAvenue.

And if the site is not responding you can always get in touch with the payment gateway company and they will process it.
If your payment was also via cc/dc then you this to get refund http://helpdesk.ccavenue.com/index.php?/Tickets...

You can do live chat also.
