I own a Godrej Eon Double Door Ref. purchased in 2008 and running great since the last 17 Years. 

But, while purchasing a replacement this year, I  came across horrendous reviews of Godrej appliances especially the refrigerators. And, was forced to remove it from my probable list altogether.

Since, it is a long term purchase, don't just go by discounts and lower prices. Also, check around in the offline stores (prefer big retail chains like Croma etc. rather than a neighborhood stand alone store) for a little higher or similar to online prices but better chances of complaint resolution post purchase. 

One major thing that many of us wouldn't know is that Appliance makers have different models for sale in online & offline space. As the look and feel of the product might be the same, but what's inside can be different, for that check the Model Number. So, if it costs less on an online site its not without a reason. And, even between Flipkart and Amazon, I will go with Flipkart for a large appliance purchase.
