BSOD issue is due to intel 11 ,12 and 13 Gen chipset and most all are permennant damage if happens any .
But i say gigabyte have some issue heard from few feedbacks as well

Never buy Gigabyte laptops. Me and two of my friends bought Gigabyte laptop and all 3 of us are really really struggling. Issues faced
1. Laptop heats like an induction plate
2. laptop heats so much that fan is so fast that you cannot hear any movie dialogue clearly.
3. Blue screen keeps appearing every week at least once and sometimes twice or more and it needs lippy to be restarted.
4. One of my friends motherboard failed. Go replaced the motherboard within warranty but process is very cumbersome.
5. My laptop's hard disk failed and GB had to replace the SSD but I lost my msoffice 19 because I had bought one time installation key.
6. Very heavy and plain looking laptop. It is like a flat plastic square with no feeling of a laptop.
Those who may get offended by this review shd know that I m sharing my personal experience and not any fake one..
