Both are identical devices with their own short comings (Plastic build, Mediocre-bad displays. very low battery capacity ~37Wh)
but my personal pick would be vivobook (Got slightly better display : better viewing angles + color accuracy being IPS over TN panel on extensa) and it ships with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD (There's only one memory slot on Extensa but its not soldered and u can replace the existing 4GB stick with upto 12GB). CPU (i3-1115G4) on Extensa offers 10-20% boost in performance over i3-1005G1 on Vivobook but 10th gen i3 is more than enough for basic use

Depends. If you want to store a lot of files, videos then 1TB HDD sounds great. 256gb can house the OS. But it ll increase the weight of the laptop a bit. 🙂 And HDD is heluva slower than SSD.

If we sacrifice the power efficiency then 4GB discrete one is better. Btw laptops come with switchable graphics tech. So, it won't be an issue. 🙂 Integrated one works best for battery life, lite graphics tasks.
