Placed an order on tata1mg on 27.3.23 using code received on SMS (300 off on 1000). Order was prepaid. When delivery boy came to deliver the order , he asked me to pay Rs 107.I refused to accept the order and have a chat with CC. Yes, if billing amount is greater than paid amount after packing, you have to pay extra...as vice versa, 1mg refunds if billing amount is less than paid amount. Reason is due to New SKUs/stocks in most cases.
Anyone, please suggest ,what to do with this order. One thing is confirmed, that I am not going to pay this additional amount.
