very confusing T&C – for last month transaction of400 received CB of 25 only.
i think they want 4 transactions each of 100 rs to get 25X4 = 100 CB

So many of the KYC customers like myself have received no CB for March transactions even though the KYC was completed back in Feb. Numerous complaints and only standard system-generated reply each time, no solution. Almost impossible to get in touch with CC on phone. The Worst Customer service amongst digital wallets PERIOD.
Received all pending cashback since 24th feb in all kyc wallets.

I have always received all the cashback from payzapp
I was a KYC customer before this KYC for wallets nonsense (because of linked bank account). But now it says I’m not KYC compliant and cashback for last transaction also not given. Furthermore they want only Aadhaar for KYC which is don’t have and wouldn’t give even if I had. Not keen on giving any other document either. Have to uninstall this useless wallet
