Problem is something else, It’s not working on my 2 accounts with 2 different cards.. tried on web, app , all.. 
1.. added money using GET100
2..recharged my mobile using JULY50
3..paid bill using 15% cashback code
Used old device, old card and new account on mobile website and got cashback.

Made 2 new fresh id and it is not working. Tried on Web,App, Mweb
with new and old device and new card

Guys our debit cards blocked, I am not able to use the debit card to add Money with or without promocode, error coming user is not allowed to perform this transaction
