1. This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided and funded by Cloudtail India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cloudtail”) and made available on the Amazon Now mobile application (hereinafter referred to as, “Amazon Now App”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”)

These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available on the Amazon Now App to which you agree by using the Amazon Now App and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). To the extent the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
