You simply need referral code for HDFC Tata Neu Credit Card from a Tata employee.
Attaching proof how 24 out of the 64 people who tried using Tata Employee referral with their own genuine employment details got offered LTF and hence they applied and also got it approved. 4 People were offered LTF but their approval is still pending while 36 people did not get LTF offer so they did not go through with the application after eligibility check. You can go check the same deal that was posted in November where some people also vouched how they got LTF using referral code from a Tata Employee.

If you’re already having a Tata Neu CC even if you use a new number to apply and the card gets approved. The chances are high that the bank close one of the two cards.
Someone had tried this and shared on TF where they were using two neu cards from two different accounts without any issue but there was also someone who had his old card automatically canceled after a few days.
So it’s kind of a risk which I honestly wouldn’t suggest you getting. Maybe rather try to upgrade Plus to Infinity instead
