bigbasket is worstbasket now… high prices, rotten vegetables.. unprofessional delivery staff..
Cant generalise i have found price normal after discounts and less than market ,vegetables fresh and packed neatly and delivery person always wearing mask /gloves and courteous.On top of that they are prompt in refunding amount if you find any issue with veggies or fruits.But i guess it depends on location to location.
