Get flat 50rs cashback on 300rs merchant transaction and bill payment on ABCD app

1. This offer is valid from 10th Oct 10:00 AM to 13th Oct 11:59 PM for users

registered between 16th April to 31st August 2024 on the Aditya Birla Capital

Digital Limited ("ABCDL") app and have never transacted.

2. A cashback value of 50 on a transaction may be credited by ABCDL to a

User's bank account linked to the ABCD App, upon the User making a payment

through the ABCD App of the minimum transaction value specified in point 3

to these Terms. ABCDL reserves the right to determine the amount of

cashback to be given on a transaction undertaken by these Terms, at its sole

discretion.

3. Subject to points 4, 5 and 6 of these Terms, for the User to be eligible to

receive a cashback, the User must make a minimum payment of Rupees Three

Hundred (*300) per transaction, within the offer period through

'scan-and-pay', 'online merchant payments', or 'bill payments'.

4. This offer does not apply to Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transactions,

Person-to-Account Number (P2A) transactions, or money requests, including

sending money to contacts or bank accounts.

5. Multiple offers cannot be clubbed to a single transaction.

6. All payments made by the user for mutual funds or insurance-related

transactions will not be eligible for cashback.

7. This offer is applicable once per user during the offer period.

.8. The cashback amount may be credited to the user's bank account linked to

the ABCD app within ten (10) working days after the Eligible Transaction is

successfully processed and the money is transferred to the intended payee.

9. ABCDL reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without

prior notice. ABCDL reserves the right to cancel any transaction or revoke

cashback for any reason whatsoever, without any liability, including if any

fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

10. If the bank account linked to the User's Virtual Permanent Address (VPA) is

frozen or unable to accept a cashback from ABCDL, ABCDL will retry

subsequent attempts to credit the cashback to the bank account linked with

ABCD. In case of retry fails, the cashback will be posted as reward points.

11. The offer is available to the first 23,000 qualified users during the offer

period.

12. In case any dispute arises in respect of or in connection with, this offer, or a

cashback, the decision of ABCDL shall be final and binding. This offer, including

any and all cashbacks, shall be provided to the User, at the sole discretion of

ABCDL. You hereby understand, agree and confirm, that ABCDL shall be

entitled to withhold, any and all cashbacks or other payments to you, at its

sole discretion. Other Terms and Conditions as provided in the ABCDL shall

also apply.
