I collected the offer and tried with both Android app on Mobile and MS app for PC, its unable to process and erroring out with “Something went wrong”.

After showing the cashback on Amazon Alexa app it’s showing something went wrong message when I have continued for Payment …I have enough balance as gift card balance ..is the Payment not applicable on amaozn gift card balance?
