Working without notification?

Not getting the option to use M-PIN for using Wallet balance since a few weeks. Only SMS OTP for authentication although M-PIN is setup and I use the same for login. Is it the same for all?

Everytime login & bajaj ask for upi set up, no rupay credit card, upi, apicici cc payment, wallet payment possible, not getting otp at any platform, even again &again asking for upi registration & same failed, saying upi registration limit reached, try again after 24 hours
