Citi doesn’t provide that many choices. Essentially, the only upgrade is Citi Premier Miles and you won’t find that card useful unless you travel a lot and can redeem the miles for that purpose.

U cannot use samsung pay without specific samsung phones
BTW I have samsung pay but don’t have citi cc 
At few merchant POS they allow to input amount of our choice & few places it is direct linked to billing like Shoppers Stop, Westside etc. I could choose amount
At Lifestyle it did not work, when raised with SPay later, they cited possible reasons as network, card issues etc. I have deleted & re-added all cards again, lets see
DMart has pinelabs POS still transaction din’t go through, and they don’t allow to do multiple transactions
I am unable to do even single transaction since weekend for this Citi offer 
Mine is perfectly working fine for fixed as well as custom amount. I only faced issue once with Citi bank POS machines in indian oil petrol banks
