I asked both snapdeal and freecharge care on twitter by sharing order screenshot of Shampoo amount rs.200 that if i’ll get CB on my this order of rs.200 or not ?
Both of them are keeping ignoring me regarding this and not replying at all. else freecharge always replies but this time it’s very fishy as both of them are not confirming at all.
I’m cancelling the order as both of them are not giving their official words.

Took a risk and ordered product worth 298 on snapdeal yesterday, also placed 2 order on salebhai using same freecharge account where I got 100 CB both times. Will update this thread once I receive 200 CB. 
Well… for me cashback always credit by the timeline … whenever there is any combined offer of snapdeal n freecharge but still keep screenshot from both link fc n snapdeal. .. in case they didn’t honour their deal…. for me let it be any site if you have product page screen shot with with offer and offer t n c page screen shot that its turned so easy to deal with them ..

My order got delivered 2 days ago. They would credit the cashback after return/replace period gets over.
Received damaged digital weighing scale today…. 
Ordered 30 cello pen received only 25, 5 pens was taken out by tearing pen packet. I have checked box and seems pen was taken out at the time of packing order.
Made complain by calling to Snapdeal which is chargeable (I didn’t knew) I was assured by executive that i will get either refund of 5 stole pen or the missing pen itself and to check mail regarding this. But to my surprise that girl raised cancel request of my order herself, I immediately closed that cancel request. Why would i need to cancel my order if i will get cashback from Freecharge itself after 14 days.

Hi guys, I received a damaged tempered screen protector , realised it only after opening the package. It was for around Rs 150. My question is, if I Replace the item (nor return ) will I still be eligible for the 100% cb?
Replace? Yes I’m sure you’ll get cashback but it’s better to ask their CC tho.
