This Swiggy Spends Milestone Program (“Offer”) is a milestone based spends offer that is personalised for a select group of Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card holders (“Customer”).
•On achieving the specific spending milestone referred to in the Offer Communication, the Customer will receive their unique Reward.
•Offer construct is as follows :
Spends Rs5000/+ on the Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card and get a Dineout Coupon worth Rs 1000/-
•Customers shall receive SMS, email, RCS or WhatsApp (“Offer Communication”) from Swiggy and/or HDFC Bank Limited specifying the spending milestone to be achieved by that Customer during the Offer Period to be entitled to receive a Reward.
•The Offer shall be valid from 1st September 2024 to 30th September 2024 both days inclusive (“Offer Period”).
•Customers who make purchases exceeding the spending milestone specified in the Offer Communication during the Offer Period, on their Swiggy HDFC Credit Card become eligible (“Eligible Customers”) to receive additional Unique Reward (“Reward”).
•Eligible Customers shall receive SMS, email, push notifications, RCS or WhatsApp from Swiggy and/or HDFC Bank specifying the reward.
Terms and Conditions
•In case of any issue pertaining to the eligibility of the Customers for earning Rewards as a part of this Offer, HDFC Bank’s/Swiggy’s decision at its sole discretion shall be final and binding. For any issues, please write to [email protected] or [email protected]
•The issuance of Rewards is at the discretion of Swiggy and a Customer shall not have any legal recourse for any alleged incomplete reward.
•This Offer is being made available to the selected persons identified at the discretion of HDFC Bank & Swiggy. Any person accessing this page shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Offer set out herein, in addition to the terms and conditions governing the Swiggy platform and/or as well as any other mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

•Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Business Cards, Value Plus Cards and Staff Cards are excluded from the promotion.
•Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent/inactive before or during the currency of the Program, or when the reward is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
•If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
•Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Swiggy to conduct further, similar or other offers.
•This Offer is non-cashable, not extendable, and non-negotiable.
•All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
•HDFC Bank hold out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Swiggy directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
