Their useless support on twitter insists on dropping a note via the help section. And in that section if you don’t select a trip it won’t let you write anything. Uber has become a joke these days

Hi , applied the code . Out of 5 code I just used 1 and now the code is vanished (probably with uber update).

In my case they said ride pass and promo both didnt work. Till you have ride pass you cant get any other discount like paytm, upi cashback
