PayPal is worst. Never gives cashback voucher even on genuine account and will never tell you exactly how you violated their T&C 
I agree with u . But we can play a bet here (on Myntra) with Paypal where you can cancel your order if you don’t get cashback (if you only ordered for cashback). The problem comes when buying Gift Cards and flight tickets where you can’t even cancel the order.
Bought today…got instant Cashback using paytm rupay card.
Today it’s working via PayPal on rupay card ????

Was it because you bought from different email id of Myntra & PayPal or one email id already used on different PayPal? Can you make any guesses because I am in a fix whether to go ahead with my purchase for more Myntra points or make new accounts for both & Gmail as well. What about shipping address? I want to know ki kya problem hua, kuch idea hai?
